12-12-16: Shaler Township Police with the assistance of the FBI, Allegheny County Police, Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, and Harmar Police charged Robert Charles Stiver of Pompano Beach Florida with Robbery, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and Simple Assault. Stiver is being charged related to the November 2, 2016 armed robbery of the Allegheny Valley Bank 900 Mt. Royal Boulevard.
Stiver was arrested without incident at the Pittsburgh International Airport. He is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
