Traffic Alert: The Glenshaw Crossing (Wm Flynn HW/Spencer Ln) will have single lane traffic across the crossing due to emergency repairs of the train rails. This should be from 10am to approximately 3 pm today. Use caution in that area.
In addition, Hampton Shaler Water Authority (HSWA) will be replacing 1100 LF of waterline on both Fischer (Reese to Herman) and Herman Streets. They will be working on this the whole month of October. Road binder/wearing work will be performed on the road when complete.
HSWA propose to start work on the installation of 650 LF of 6" PVC mainline to replace aged waterlines on Wilson Street and Alexander Street in Shaler Township in late October. This project will be approximately three weeks.
