MANDATORY WATER CONSERVATION
Water Main Break On Hampton Shaler Water Authority Pumping Main
The Authority has a water break on one of our pumping mains leaving the water plant. DUE TO THIS SITUATION, WE WILL BE UNDER A WATER CONSERVATION ORDER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. This means, no car washing, no lawn watering and no laundry if it is not necessary. If you have any health issues, we recommend using bottled water in lieu of the discolored water.
CUSTOMERS THROUGH OUT OUR WATER SYSTEM MAY BE EXPERIENCING DISCOLORED WATER DUE TO THIS WATER MAIN BREAK. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THIS DISCOLORED WATER WILL CLEAR.
WE WILL CONTACT ALL RESIDENTS THROUGH A CALL WHEN WATER USE MAY RETURN TO NORMAL AND WE WILL UPDATE THE WEBSITE PERIODICALLY.
