Notice to Residents from Shaler Township
Please be advised that business canvassers that have permits to solicit are not endorsed by Shaler Township. Please check all business backgrounds before signing any agreements for service. Please call 9-1-1 immediately if you have issues with canvassers.
There are also political and non-profit organizations soliciting that may not be registered with the Township and that do not follow the "No Soliciting" list. If you have issues with anyone, please call 9-1-1 immediately and the police will address.
Residents may sign up for the “No Soliciting” list through Shaler Township. Residents may also purchase a “No Soliciting” sticker for $2.00 at the Township office. Placing a "No Soliciting" or "No Trespassing" sign on your door or purchasing the sticker should avoid any business or non-profit organization from knocking on your door.
