*As COVID guidance and restrictions continue to change, we do not currently have a published protocol in place for the 2022 season. Like previous years, we will be following instructions from the CDC, PA Department of Health, and the Allegheny County Health Department. The 2022 pool season kicks off on May 28, 2022 and rest assured we will have a plan in place to make it a fun, safe summer for all!*
- If we are nearing capacity, the Township reserves the right to limit daily admission*
- Lawn chairs will be available for use this year. The lawn chairs will be cleaned in the morning before the pool opens, but they will not be cleaned in between patrons. It will be up to the patrons to clean the lawn chairs prior to use.
Inclement Weather Policy:
At managements discretion, the pool may be closed when temperature is below 68 degrees, based on current weather conditions reported in Accuweather for Glenshaw, PA.
In addition, the 15-minutes each hour formerly designated as “adult swim” will now be referred to as an hourly “safety break”. Children under the age of 14 will be required be out of the water for this designated 15 minute period each hour. This is to keep children from becoming exhausted in the pool, which can result in dangerous conditions for children.
