Covered Electronic Recycling Act 108 of 2010
Starting January 2013, the Covered Electronic Recycling Act 108 of 2010 prohibits the disposal of 'covered electronic devices'
such as televisions, computer monitors, laptops, printers, and copiers in landfills.
These devices will only be collected through electronic recycling (e-waste) pick-ups.
