Preference is given to Athletic Associations within Shaler Township. Other reservations are accepted and will be reviewed depending on field openings during the season.
Reservations for Field Requests Due Date for Associations: February 15 for Spring and Summer Schedule August 1 for Fall Schedule

Once you receive approval notice, please submit the following:
Team Roster with players names & addresses
A copy of your schedule for the field.
A certificate of insurance naming Shaler Township as the additional insured. (Glenshaw Valley Field certificate of insurance must indicate Glenshaw Valley Presbyterian Church as the additional insured).
